Why subscribe to Better Parent?

Spiritual strength.

Deeper relationships.

Financial freedom.

Physical fitness.

These are the four pillars of success that a better parent strives for.

Many parents focus on only one small part of having children—actually doing the parenting—while neglecting other critical components of family life. When you successfully learn to balance all four pillars of a happy, abundant life, you become a better parent.

Example is the best teacher. Your children will grow up as who they see you being each day. They will do what you are now doing. Think of your own life and your own parents and you’ll find this to be true.

Taking care of yourself is the best way to guarantee your children’s success. Mastering your own faith, family relationships, finances, and fitness is vital to self-care. As your children watch you become a better parent, they will become better too.

Each day of the week I will show you how.

What you’ll receive by subscribing

Every weekday I will be sending an email with tips for balancing the four pillars as a parent. My goal is to help you become better at what you do without adding undue stress to your life. Believe me, I know how hard it is because I am a parent myself.

Here is a breakdown of how each week will generally go:

Monday: Spirituality & Inspiration

Tuesday: Family Relationships

Wednesday: Finances

Thursday: Health

Friday: Fun

Some weeks I may deviate from this course to share special topics like “how to lose 25 pounds,” “how we survived joblessness,” and “how to take your kid on a date.”

If you have any specific topics you’d like to see covered, don’t hesitate to ask!

Who am I?

My name is Luke, and I’m a parent. But I’m also trying to juggle my faith, career, and health on top of parenting.

Just like you, I want to be the best I can for my children.

For over a dozen years I’ve lived by the four pillars principle. My goals, habits, and desires are all centered on becoming strong spiritually, socially, financially, and physically.

My daily, weekly, and yearly goals are all centered around these four pillars that support my work as a parent. I plan, prepare, and grow each day to be the best that I can for my family. Organizing my life and goals into these categories helps me do that.

And I hope to help you do the same.

I’ve been through depression, the NICU, sudden job loss, a marathon, and much more. By following the four pillars principle, I’ve been able to come out on top and even better through everything life has thrown at me.
